The economy is constantly changing within the construction industry. Cost varies on the scope of work, size of pool, water features, etc…We can design and build a plan to meet the budget needs of the customer. 

The scope of work, complexity of the project, weather and availability of materials dictate the construction timeline.  However, certain projects can be completed in 60 days where other more complex projects can take several months. 

All of our pool projects come equipped with saltwater systems.  The salt cell generates the pool salt and converts it to a cleaner form of chlorine therefore eliminating the strong odor and harmful traits of a traditional chlorinated pool. Saltwater pools are easier on the skin, the equipment and the pool. 

Yes, Stonescape finishes come with a 10 year Standard Limited Warranty as well as a Lifetime Limited Warranty on Approved Applicator Installations. 

Unfortunately, we do not install fiberglass pools. We strive for every project to be unique and customized to what the customer wants, therefore focusing our efforts on shotcrete pools. 

Although we have many years of experience building vinyl liner pools, we have shifted our focus to custom shotcrete projects due to the demand and superior quality of the finished product.

Yes, we include a one-year warranty on the entire project. The workmanship, materials, pool equipment, decking, and all other contracted scopes of work are covered in the warranty.
